DAVID RUSSELL
practices exclusively in the field of criminal law, defending people charged with criminal offences. His office is located on Bloor Street in the heart of Toronto. David Russell defends both youths and adults charged with criminal offences. He has made successful appearances at all levels of courts in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has a strong belief that a good defence is a right, not a privilege. He accepts legal aid certificates and charges rates that real people can afford.

David Russell attended the University of Victoria in British Columbia. He then moved to Ontario to attend law school at the University of Western Ontario. After completing his articling in Kitchener, David moved to Toronto to begin his career as a lawyer.
